Ingredients
- 200g cashews (or as much as you want to make)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Spread the cashews on a baking tray.
- Bake the cashews for around 12 minutes (stir twice or three times in between to roast evenly)
- Allow to cool.
- In a food processor, place the cashews and blend until smooth (this will take about 10-15 minutes).
- Make sure you stop the blending in between to scrape down the edges and to avoid the food processor overheating.
