Pecan Pie Energy Balls                  

Pecan Pie Energy Balls


  • 100 g of pecan nuts
  • 130 g of pitted dates (about 16)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of ginger powder
  • Pinch of salt


  • Preheat the oven to 175 ̊C (fan forced).
  • Spread the pecans on a baking tray.
  • Roast in the oven for about 10 mins and allow to cool.
  • In a food processor, chop the dates into pieces.
  • Add the roasted pecans and other ingredients.
  • Process the whole mixture for approximately 3 minutes until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into balls.
  • Enjoy or store in the refrigerator for later.
