Pasta Salad

  • In advance:¬†Cook the pasta (steps 1+2)
  • Total time: 15 minutes
  • Servings: 1


  • 55g dry pasta (makes 150g cooked)*
  • 70g canned corn, drained*
  • 40g black olive, cut in half*
  • 80g cucumber, cubed*
  • 100g feta cheese*
  • 2 tsp olive oil**
  • 2 tsp lemon juice**
  • 3 tsp white vinegar**
  • Pinch of salt and pepper


In advance:

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Transfer the pasta into a bowl and add the corn, black olives, cucumber, and feta cheese.
  • Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, white vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and pour over the pasta.
  • Stir well and enjoy

* You can easily change the amounts to your desire
** If you prefer salads with more dressing, you might want to double the quantities
