Pumpkin Spice Energy Balls

  • In advance: Prepare the pumpkin puree, or use bought puree to save time
  • Total time: 10 minutes
  • Servings: 10 balls


  • 100g gluten free oats
  • 20g chia seeds
  • A good pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or more if you prefer it a bit sweeter)
  • 100g pumpkin puree (homemade)


  • In a bowl, add the oats, chia seeds, salt, cinnamon, ginger powder, nutmeg and cloves.
  • Mix well.
  • Add the maple syrup and pumpkin puree and combine.
  • Roll into balls.
  • Enjoy straight away or keep in the refridgerator!
