- In advance: Prepare the pumpkin puree, or use bought puree to save time

Ingredients
- 100g gluten free oats
- 20g chia seeds
- A good pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (or more if you prefer it a bit sweeter)
- 100g pumpkin puree (homemade)
Method
- In a bowl, add the oats, chia seeds, salt, cinnamon, ginger powder, nutmeg and cloves.
- Mix well.
- Add the maple syrup and pumpkin puree and combine.
- Roll into balls.
- Enjoy straight away or keep in the refridgerator!
