Ingredients
- 200 g feta, cubed
- 600 g watermelon, cubed
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 sprigs of mint, chopped (only the leaves)
- A good pinch of salt and pepper
Method
- In a bowl, add all the feta and watermelon
- Pour over the lemon juice and olive oil
- Add the mint, salt, and pepper and mix gently
- Serve and enjoy!
